I have gotten calls weekly from "Joyce" and once I demanded to speak to her manager to "discuss my concerns with being unable to reach her" she got defensive and kept giving me bs about how she works from home so she has no manager but that she would "take note of my concerns". She then gave me the option of putting me on the Do Not Call list and letting me speak to her colleague I also asked for her manager's phone number or at least an email I could reach her company at. But she was deflective/defensive and kept trying to cut me off I could hear her typing away and she then said she would transfer me to another person, only to hang up on me I don't like being mean, but semi arguing was the only way I was able to get my phone on their Do Not Call List |
