UNSAFE	UNSAFE about 6 years ago by EFM Caller identifying herself as Catherine launched into speak about savings on our JCP&L bill. I told her I was not interested and that it was a scam, and hung up. She immediately called back, addressed me by name and in a condescending tone, argued that it was not a scam and it was right there on my electric bill. I told her again I was not interested, that she is not with JCP&L nor with First Energy and directed her not to call again or I would file a complaint.
