NEUTRAL	NEUTRAL almost 5 years ago by tennessee robo call said Microsoft license renewal was going to be charged out of my account to the tune of 499.00. If you wanted to cancel call this number back. I called and could tell it was a scam right away because they said I had charged 199.00 last year and this was a renewal. I never did that and told him I would contact my bank and dispute it. He said I only needed to fill out a form and it would be canceled. I told him I would contact my bank and he tried to say I could only cancel with this form. He said we were having an argument over canceling, that I ordered software last year for 199 and to cancel I had to fill out a form with basic information. I asked what bank it was coming out of and he could not tell me. I thanked him for his time and hung up.
