UNSAFE	UNSAFE almost 4 years ago by Vicki This is definitely a scam! They say they are a credit card company and I supposedly qualified for a lower interest rate. The caller ID said the caller was the "Cooper Clinic". As I was expecting a call about a vaccine shot from our newly built hospital, I took the call. When they said they were a cc company, I strung them along. I was speaking with the "lower interest department". The caller ID was explained by saying that the call was from "Experian" and they were using a phone bank. The dude wanted the $ amt. owed on my cc, the amt. of my last purchase and what was my last purchase. I said, "You really don't expect me to give you that info do you?" He said he needed some other info but he spoke too fast and, as usual, had an accent. I told him that I did not believe there was such a thing as a "lower interest department". When he tried to explain the Cooper Clinic ID, I said come on you can do better than that . He hung up on me. But I kept him from calling someone else for at least 5 minutes!
