Not sure if this is a legit call or not, but it seemed suspicious. The polite young woman wanted me to message her with my latest Merchant Services statement to see if we qualified for a "refund" based on "unfair termination charges" imposed by some of the small companies their company (Velocity) had absorbed. Not sure what the scam is, but it's probably a ruse to find out how much our current supplier charges so that they can offer us a lower rate. I'm not going to play.

Very Rude! Asked for the owner of my company, he is out of the office & when asked if there was something I could help her with,, she replied No I don't need your help & hung up on me! I would never do that to any of the calls I have to make!

She was very polite, seemed educated on the whole merchant processing topic. I am wanting to switch processing companies after speaking with her. Not sure why so many people are being rude. It seems like s legit company.

Company out of Portland claiming to be new in town. Rattled off about six different things that they do. The last being credit Card processing. They are not a marketing company, they are a merchant service company. To bad they don't know how to operate honestly. Yeah I will let a company that operates under false pretenses to handle my money.

NALA [IF THATS EVEN YOUR REAL NAME] I DON'T WANT YOU TO SET UP A TIME HERE OR ANYWHERE. YOU WANT TO STOP BY AND INTRODUCE YOUR BUSINESS, MEANING YOU WANT US TO LISTEN TO YOUR BS MERCHANT SPEECH. PLEASE DON'T CALL BACK OR EVEN TRY. GET A REAL JOB WHILE YOU ARE AT IT.

Merchant processing trying to find out who the owner was. When the owner spoke with the female associate she wanted to set an appointment. When the owner wanted to get off the call that is when the female caller said "when you get off your high horse you can give me a call"
