Call me saying i had an outstanding payday loan for 500 that has now turn into 2500 due to interest and penalties. Said company sueing is Cardinal Management which is a property manangement company. Name Mathew Young but call from a number with a foreign name and called from several different numbers. Gentleman was very rude and demanding

I received a call from my work place and then she called my cell phone asking to speak to my wife saying she has an outstanding payday loan from years back. I get these calls all the time. Why do these people not get a real job like the rest of us. I have blocked number after number.

These guys keep calling me on multiple lines and leaving messages to say I have taken out a payday loan from Chase bank in 2011. Chase bank doesn't offer payday loans. He continued to stress that the original loan was $450 but now due to 29% interest rate over 6 years that I now owe $1640. He says if I don't sign the offer for payment arrangements I'm going to get sued for fraud etc. I confirmed with Chase bank that this. he called back at 6:00am to leave a nasty message saying he "doesn't know what's going on but you haven't reviewed or signed the offer so now (I'm) going to get sued for fraud." I've kept the voicemail but blocked the numbers and he keeps using other numbers to reach me. These guys are evil! Trying to rip people off. Terrible.

First was a voice message call that said I had 4 felony warrants out for this unpaid loan, From years ago. I pressed 1 to speak to a live person he said I had to at least pay half of a $ 839 dollar balance. Too apparently put a stop to any papers being filed to the courts where it would end up being over 3 grand I would have to owe. An could face charges for fraud and false information lol. I can't believe the things they say to get people to send money it's horrible and needs to be stopped.

Blocked this caller after multiple missed calls.

Scam. Threatens you with your SS number and tells you there is a 'formal complaint' filed against you.

Received a call AT MY JOB from these people claiming I was someone else & it was 'supposedly' a LEGAL matter. I have no legal issues going on & you can hear people's voices in the back & we have been advised by our Supervisors to ask freaks like this not to call people at work for 'THREATS'. You know where these people can go right? Sounds like a SCAM call to me. Person's name shows up as V. Szikla. I don't know any foreigners and the receptionist always transfers calls to me to handle on her behalf.
