they left a partial message as if in the middle of a sentence...an amount of 394.99 adding that they were suspicious of this transaction so they had suspended my account and to call the referenced number. I didn't bite.

Left a message about a charge for an I phone for $345.00 plus on my card associated with my Amazon account. This was after I noticed fraudulent charges on my debit/credit card.

got a call from 27 666833308 (South Africa) Recorded message "$349.99 we noticed some suspicious activities in your account so we put a hold of this transaction please call us at 949-284-8076 or press one now to report this transaction or press two to authorize this order thank you . . . . " I did not call the number because I know it's a scam.

A voicemail message warned a charge of $349.99 had been placed on my account (for an I-phone). I was advised to phone the caller (3rd world) to rectify this. It sounded like a scam, so I told him no.

Same as others regarding Amazon order and the credit card associated with my account and they put the order on hold.

Just received a phone call from the number 562 474-37453 (extra digit came across on caller ID) indicating that my amazon account had suspicious activity. Instead of following directions on recording I noted number they reference I call (949 284-8076) and called amazon direct (not the number provided). Confirmed there has been no suspicious activity and this is a scam.

said that they were from amazon and there was a $300,000 charge on my account. called from 775-279-3680. messgae referred me to 949-284-3680

this is a scam. I fell for it. i called the number and they answered this amazon. how can i help you? then ask if they could go into my computer to help me file a claim. stupid me i did. then mark wilson (not his real name) changed my passwork and admin setting. He would not unlock unless i gave him my checking account number. thats when i hung up. but too late. i had to swipe my computer. call chase amazon report all cards stolen. who knows what they got off my pc. this phone number is not safe.

A (760) number called but it was a recording indicating a suspicious charge of $349.99 had been made through my Amazon account but they were holding back the charge unless I authorized/denied it. The recording left the phone number (949) 284-8076 as a call back number. I did not call it.

Caller states there has been an order on Amazon in a certain amount that has been placed on hold. No such order was made = SPAM

got a call from 909-814-4488. Recorded message $349.99 was charged to my Amazon credit card. Was told to call the 949-284-8076 to verify I made the charge. I did not charge that amount. Did not call the number because I know it's a scam.
