This was another text message from the home buyer scammers, who texted me without my permission and in violation of the FTC and State of FL Do Not Call List. Their message was: "Hi, we are a group of investors purchasing properties in any condition or situation in Port Charlotte, FL. Would you entertain a cash offer on your house??" I don't even live in Port Charlotte! I reported it to the spam text reporting number and blocked it. They called my cell phone, which is on the FTC and State of FL Do Not Call List.
