Just received a call and they said they were calling because I just applied for social security disability benefits, which I did not, and they wanted to verify some information. Then he said, "can you hear me okay?" I said, "Yes, but I did not apply for benefits." However they hung up before I finished the sentence. They were just trying to record me saying "yes" so they could use that to try to scam me somehow. |
