A series of 15 numbers preceeded by the letter V comes up on the caller ID in addition and ahead of this telephone number. Whenever that happens you KNOW it is NOT a legitimate call. Never answer these! Call block remains our one remaining defense against the onslaught against our privacy, peace, and all too often safety as well. Perhaps changing to prepaid cell phones and constantly changing our phone numbers is the eventuality for us? IF we cannot get congress and law enforcement to act on our behalf?!
