CID identified caller as Telemarketer; call not solicited. Caller left no identification; no message. Area code 915 is El Paso TX area. Two distinct sounds several seconds apart heard on hang up. Using another phone, return call made to 915 292 4966. Male voice answered saying "you've reached Call Center Consultants. All agents are busy. Press 1 to talk with an agent; leave name and phone number; or press 2 to be removed from list." No other identifying information given. Being an unsolicited call from an unidentified telemarketer giving no specific identifying information and purpose of call, I consider this telemarketing (?) caller unsafe.
