@7/20/2017 TELEMARKETER!!! THIS IS A TELEMARKTING CALL!!! On July 20 2017 I answered a call to my cell phone from this telephone number (914-920-3474). It turned out to be a telemarketer (young sweet female voice) promoting and offering free tickets to a real estate seminar for Doug Clark’s buying real estate and flipping homes. (She was definitely robotically reading from a script.) Doug Clark is an American real estate investor, TV personality and star of “Flip Men” (on Spike TV). I now remember a couple of years ago I registered and received tickets for a similar real estate seminar. It is very possible our names have been handed over (sold, as they do for mailing lists) as “potential customers”. Our contact info may have also been pulled from other relevant services we have conducted business with. Therefore, I do not believe these people are scammers, however, they are definitely telemarketers. In any case, everyone should be very careful what kind and how much personal information you give out to anyone without being able to confirm who they are.
