Keeps calling my friends and relatives and myself leaving threatening and confusing messages.

I HAVE RECEIVED A PHONE CALL THAT I APPLIED FOR $8000.00 LINE OF CREDIT AND HAVE NOT PAID IT. I have not. I check my credit scores and reports very frequently.
