SCAM Loud call center background noise. Claimed wanted info to lower my credit card debt. FRAUD!

Beware - identity theft risk. Scammer with caller ID “JPMorgan Chase” claimed to have an offer to lower my credit card interest rate. When I asked who she is calling on behalf of, she replied “Experian Consumer Services for MasterCard/VISA.” She continued to explain why I qualify for a lower interest rate on my credit card, based on my credit history. She did not specify what my qualifications were, just remarked vaguely about good financial habits.

Seemed like a scam to me.

Number called showed up as jpmorgan chase talking about lowering interest rates. Asking about what I owed. When I said I didn't owe anything they just hung up

Called attempting to gather information to reduce the interest rate on a Chase card. Definitely bogus

Supposedly Experian gave them information on my credit card and excessive interest rate and they could reduce it to 6%. Lies from the git go. They wanted to know what my total debt was as if I had 3000 minimum i. Credit card ebt they could change the rate. When I kept saying I didn’t know what my cc debt was and didnt think it was that high, the call was disconnected. And as they used a number from Chase and changed the identified name for the caller id, Beware. Phone call to Chase to insure my card was safe they assured me (as I already knew) that this offer would have come in a letter. ALWAYS!! Call the card company. None of them will make a phone call to change things. My next call is to experian

just another scammer caller id says chase it sounds official even saying the call is recorded and asked if i charged 288 at home depot. they wanted to mail me a new card and i said this is not right and i will go to my branch and hung up my bank did not show any attempted charges from there but the scammer knew my name and probably guessed i was a chase customer and thought they could scam me.

Phone number pops up as chase but it's not, they call asking for the "owner of this number" and not even your name to reduce your interest rates

Claimed to be from Experian wanting to reduce my credit card debt. When pressed with own logic (I.E. why I needed to "prove" my amount of credit card debt and how they could "prove" I was who I said I was as they couldn't even provide my name) they got flustered and hung up.

they are scammers thieves that want your money anyway they can fool you there so stupid they think everybody has a credit card the number is 1888-844-7979 do not pick up
