I was on to them, they called back 4 times but we didn't answer. original call came in as direct tv 888 number and had Direct TV Prefix

My guess is that it is either a robocall or some time of scam. I have received a call today, 1.15.19 and yesterday, 1.14.19, as well as one four days ago.
