NEUTRAL	NEUTRAL about 3 years ago by Alexa Call received and voice started to cite an old address of mine and that I owed a debt that I had closed out 5yrs ago.. they stated working for"ERC" asked about what the acronym meant they didn't answer. Continued to emphasize that I needed to pay the debt. I ended the call. (5OCT2021)
