at it again, twice since last report

Another spammer, and will not give up

Highly aggressive robocaller / spammer. Has called 8 times in 2 days. Answered on first call and was silence on other end. Rest have been sent to VM- no voicemails left. Call number back and it hangs up after short message

Second call, looks like all the same, just foolish attempts to collect money and they never seem to understand that I will never commit to any of their continued intimidation tactics.
