Had voice mail message - very heavy accent - stating I had a computer security program - expiring and needed to be renewed . If I didn't call back the company - Sisco Services - would take the amount of $6800.00 from my bank account. ( caller has no info on bank account!) Called back at 1-888-413-4954 asked for Christi - (name from voice message). Christi would not give me any info for the cancellation form she said I needed to execute. It was obvious she wanted info from me to access my computer -OF COURSE I DID NOT provide any info - I just kept asking questions - NO ANSWERS from Christi - she actually hung up on me. I then called the local FBI office to report the call. The FBI agent said this was a SCAM call - if any further calls were received from this number - DON'T ANSWER - BUT to call the Federal Trade Commission - SCAM CALL - BEWARE - BE SAFE! |

Voice message from someone with a very heavy foreign accent alleging that we have a computer security program that is to be renewed for $6,800! If we don't call back to cancel, it will be renewed by way of our bank account. Was told to ask for Christy. SCAM! BEWARE! |
