Received threatening mail to call "immediately" because home warranty at my address was expiring. Did not call I new this was a scam to sel me a warranty. Years ago when I first baught this property I had tried a home warranty company but found they hardly covered anything when I needed it. I wonder where this people got my name and address? Well probably from property tax records. they should not be public. |

My mother-in-law from Iowa received a letter telling her she needed to call this number concerning her property's home warranty. She called it and they were just trying to sell her a warranty. When she said she wasn't interested they became very demanding that she needed to buy the warranty. She hung up. |

Received a threatening letter by mail that appeared to be connected with Wells Fargo Bank concerning home warranty. No address for company, only the 888-307-2037 number. Knew this was a scam all the way! Hope Wells Fargo gets wind of this. |

Received the letter in mail with this phone no. on it ONLY ... no company, no address. Think it is possible scam and it is very annoying to continue to receive these in the mail. We don't currently have a home warranty, home is paid for. Searched on the Internet for this phone number listed in the letter and found this page. |

Number on junk mail I keep receiving for home warranty but mailing does not give return address to location of business or name of business -- only this number to call. Consider it mail fraud facilitated through phone scam. |

The number appeared on a big pink postcard that said our home warranty secured by our bank may have expired or may soon expire. There was no return address - only the phone number to contact. They had the name of our bank. I called the bank and was told they don't issue or secure home warranties and that, because we have a line of credit at the bank, our banking information is public record and accessible by others. The outfit who sent the postcard is trying to sell some kind of home warranty. I would assume the phone number is unsafe mainly because they concealed their identity and purpose on the poscard. |

Received the letter everyone else did. It listed my Address and my Lender Information. Which really made me think at first it was my lender needing information. Had to read it twice to see it was a possible scam. I don't currently have a home warranty. The phone number listed in the letter was what I goggled and found this page. Glad I didn't call them. |

This is a phone number associated with a "Home Warranty" which is garbage! The notice comes through the mail as if your home warranty is expiring, even though there is no such thing. The notice is bright pink and includes words like “IMMEDIATE RESPONSE REQUESTED” in all capital letters, “Before the respond date expires!” in bold font, “TIME SENSITIVE” at the top of the notice. And of course, the mandatory “Please call IMMEDIATELY as this will be our FINAL ATTEMPT TO NOTIFY YOU 1-888-307-2037” in large bold letters across the top. |
