This is the number that case management workers from Anthem use specifically for members of Kentucky Employees' Health Plan. If you or your dependents have health insurance through them, you should expect them to call you at some point... which might be annoying, but hey, at least they offer advise for cheaper than some doctors! |

Caller claims to be from Anthem but sounded drugged out and leaves a number and real long extension that can not be real. Called 5 times in one day! Unwanted and crazy voice mail! |
