Screened call and read transcript of response from caller. Broken English, claiming to be from CitiBank on behalf of Home Depot Credit Card. Message was a joke, poor grammar, warning me that my new replacement card is on the way (I got it 5 months ago) and that I can't use my current card. This is another example of scammers trying to get information about a credit card... from fraudulent charges and frozen card -- give me your expiration date, etc., to this bogus you won't be able to use your card without answering my questions. Blocked and reported as fraudulent

Do not trust this telephone number. As previously noted, this number claims to be a division of Citibank and asks you to call 866-680-8628 regarding your accounts. When you call, it's an automated system that asks questions regarding your accounts. I immediately hung up. I have my accounts set up so Citibank knows how to contact me if need be. It's been very effective thus this far. I believe it is a scam

This number claims to be a division of Citibank and asks you to call 866-680-8628 regarding your accounts. If you call, the automated voice asks lots of questions which could result in identity theft. I called the customer service number on the back of my cards and they said they did not make or authorize these calls.
