very unsafe and dangerous criminal caller!!!

serial abusive scam/spam/spoofing/phishing criminal caller to my do not call number. they call before 8 a.m. they call on weekends, this time, on a holiday. they think they are above the law. you see, they are trying to steal personal ID to use in their other crimes which likely include human trafficking and child prostitution. sometimes, they spam you online and say you can write them at their Flamingo Road, Las Vegas address, but when you do, the post office returns, saying no mail received. this is called a shell or a fence. my ID box this time says "Spam?" and the number. even call detective says "unknown." THIS is a criminal. after blocking him, please contact law enforcement.
