Called this for facebook support and was told that I need to purchase a google play card with $100 to get hacked account back.

This was listed as a contact number for facebook support. I called the number and was hung up on thefirst 2 times I dialed the number. The third time I tried, a foreign individual answered the phone on the first ring, with a very noisy background, and immediately asked me for my email address and password. When I began asking him questions about his credibility, he hung up on me. I am not sure if it was legit and I annoyed him by asking questions, or if was fraudulent.
