Call from student loan support claiming I didn't complete my paperwork, I never started paperwork.

Called about student loan forbearance extended by Biden administration but claimed I did not complete my "paperwork" for loan forgiveness programs. Did not actually identify as government, but implied (by use of "we") is calling from government. Note that DOE will not call you about completing your paperwork on these programs. Do not give them your info.
