UNSAFE	UNSAFE almost 3 years ago by Kay Somebody called to notify me that she was calling from the state financial department regarding my tax debt, and that I might be eligible for their Starting Fresh program...but I have no tax debt. The voice sounded very realistic but still had an underlying robocall sound to it. Although this voice gave me an agent number, something about this message made it feel like it was a scammer or somebody phishing.
