This person has threatened to sue me for a Mastercard debt that's not mine, now he's called my deceased uncle's cell and told my cousin he's with CCA (CCA Division of Taxation Dept., of Finance City of Cleveland), and he's calling to find me for an outstanding student loan, I've started a case with the Federal Trade Commision in regard to this...Don Marsh is an extortionist/telephonic scam operator!!! |
