Robo call stating it is an emergency that I call them back because my license on my Microsoft products have expired and my computer is locked up. I called them back and asked them "which license is expired because I have more than one computer". They hung up. Also person I spoke to have a really hard to understand accent - possibly from India.

The best thing to do is call them back. Do "NOT" get on your computer and do what the Indian says. If you follow his instructions, he "WILL" be able to harm your computer and fraud you. Just make up a good excuse to set the phone down for a minute. Then let him waste as much time on the phone as he wants. That way you're wasting his time the same way he wasted yours. At least he won't be able to fraud somebody else in the meantime. I did it! Too bad he hung up on me after 4 minutes and 23 seconds, just checked the phone records.

Ironically telling me my Microsoft license had expired. Since I don't have one, that's tough to do.

Almost totally unintelligible; something about license expired. Says MUST CALL 866-206-2643 to re-instate license. "Bovine Excrement" to get you to call and get scammed.
