Got a call that was mumbled saying something about being served, and left a case number 24-19320 and to call 888-519-1448. The call came from the 866 number.

Just got a call from this number. A women with a heavy accent said I had a "case pending' in East Orange, NY. Gave me a case number and instructions to call 866-949-3447 within the hour. I would laugh except some will get this call, get scared, and lose money. scam

I got a phone call from one of our county numbers. The man on the phone said there was a case filed against me and that I needed to call this number back with the case number he gave me as a reference. But first, I called the county number back twice and got fax sounds both times. I would say that this is a complete scam!!!

This man with a thick accent, Robert Gomez, called me from a private number and left a voicemail saying he's trying to reach my Mom - he's supposedly a process servicing officer and one of her Daughters is trying to get ppwk to her from the Courthouse even though I already know they've spoken to my Mom separately. She said they've been harassing her all day. They said to contact the office handling her case - RM Legal at 866-202-6766 and even gave a case # I strongly feel that these people are scammers, the worst kind at that!

I had a message left on my cell phone stating that Deborah Lopez was suppose to serve me papers and that some of the papers were lost and she don't know why but she left me a case number and this number. I called and talked to a lady who transferred me to a guy. I gave him the case number and I said this is funny and then i was placed on hold for a little bit then he came back and he said you said this is funny and I would like to know why. I told him and he said well, you have a court date and we will serve you the papers and hung up.

I too got a call from a private number. They left a voicemail stating there was a legal matter out of San Jose, CA and to call 866-202-6766, RMA Legal. I have not been to San Jose, CA since 2003. I do believe it is a scam!!!

was given this number (866-202-6766) from a private number to call it because I had legal troubles. The gentleman on the private number told me he could get me out of the situation if i sent him $. It is most definitely a scam
