Called in regards to an expired Chrysler Warranty and purchasing the extended warranty through Chrysler. I pushed to have something sent to me via email so I could read over coverage and cost. Claimed it was the same as what I originally had when it was new but would not send me anything in writing but wanted me to make a payment now and I informed him (Jim Concorde) that I needed to see it in writing first and he hung up on me. |
