Legitimate call from SD health county services but they for some reason won’t disclose that until you give them all your personal information

Have had several legitimate calls from County of San Diego from this number since April 27th, 2020.

Legitimate call from County of San Diego Human Services.

858-812-6564 called said just my name on voicemail,but nothing else!!

Called my wife. Posed as San Diego Sount and asked for her personal info. Also came up that was on call Id. Hung up when she questioned the "case pending" and why they wouldn't release info without her personal info.
