I received the same call and spoke with someone. They had my full social and said it was from a creditor from 2011. My response was exactly, "Call me crazy but I am sure the statute on this has run out." They may be a legit collection company but they most certainly don't know the law or think we are just plain stupid. They are not filing anything and if they do it will be thrown out based on the statute so let them have at it.

My parent's home has received 2 of these scam calls. I just called the number and they say it's WDS (Wildly Deceiptful Services?). Ditto - no mention of who they want to speak with or what their company name is. Here's the message (a readable voicemail from our provider): Voicemail from 747-203-7197. 34 secs, Dec 09, 2022 Hi this is a urgent message intended for you it is important you do contact the office immediately. We do need to speak with you in reference to a complaint that was filed against you after two for the time the court could get notified of a failed action and there's a court hearing without your participation which could lead to additional fines. You do need to contact the office immediately at 855-917-0664. Again that is 855-917-0664 or press one to be transferred to a live representative.

Left message regarding complaint filed against but left no name from whom or stated to whom complaint was against. Beware this is a SCAM

Definitely a con artist first mask their number with 620 203-2003 then the scam artist / con artist do not identify herself or the person she wants to speak with but making a statement of threat

Said a complaint had been filed against me and could lead to additional fines! Ridiculous!!! Scammers GET a JOB!!

2nd time this week received this same phone message (as previously notated) from 855-917-0664 regarding a "…a complaint being filed against me" with no information on the agency or for what. Told to contact "immediately" at 855-917-0664 to prevent "further fines against me."
