I just received a call from this number. When I answered, the person on the other end immediately introduced himself as Mike... rather quickly. Told me that there was a complaint form brought to them with my name on it and I am to press one for a rep. I hung up. Then I called the number back. This rude person answers the phone and I asked where I was calling, what is the name of the business. In a rude tone he asked "what or who" I said I don't care, what is the name of this business? He said William Wright Law Firm. I hung up. Now, here is the kicker. When a reputable business calls for any reason, they will give you the name of where they are calling weather it a business or whatever. They will not speak in rude tones. They will ask who they are speaking to. The number they called is my work phone at a University. Other departments here get our direct lines confused so how is this company going to know how to get a hold of me. They didn't ask my name or nothing. They just told me my name is listed in this complaint. Hmmm. What name would that be? Anyway, just thought I would share in case someone else receives one of these special calls.
