If they call you it’s because they have hacked into your computer. They have your IP address and got your phone number that way. turn off your internet till your ready to deal with this!! You need to get cleanup software for your computer like Malwarebytes first and then get a new IP address - usually a new router will work for that. And change every single password, including your computers password. Make sure your firewall is on! Do not give them any information!!!! I just dealt with this!
