If you could, please call 1-855-215-1831 We're available from 7 AM until 7 PM central standard time Monday through Friday You look forward to hearing from you and have a great day…”. verified with Aetna that this is a sales /marketing call to (increase profits) for me to abandon PCP and choose their nurse case manager as the sole person who would manage my health/ illness needs. I have turned them down repeatedly yet they continue to call under new numbers.
