I do at-home testing of my blood clotting ranges. This number is a reminder to report the results of the testing. It also has the capability to accept a patient's testing results via the phone message, and is also an established number for any of their clients to call in to file their test results so that the "reminder number" isn't triggered. The use of the company is initiated by a client's doctor, and the testing results are immediately faxed to the doctor of record in the case that he/she can make adjustments for their patient. This is a number that I use whenever I'm traveling out of the U.S. I don't have an explanation for why it would be calling numbers outside of its directory. However, the company is set up to accept results for other health conditions. Additionally, when signing up with the company, an "emergency contact" is also accepted. The pronunciation of the remote testing site is = A (long A) - sea - Alice. |
