If you have not done so already, you may close your account by going to ‘My’ tab → More (☰) → ‘Account settings’ → press ‘Delete account’. Then a confirmation pop-up will ask if you are sure you want to delete your account. If you are sure you want to delete your account, press ‘OK’. Please keep in mind that it will take some time to delete your account. If you try to log in again during the deletion process of your account, this will be considered as a request to reactivate your account, thereby re-activating your account. After your account is closed, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please let us know if you have any additional inquiries.
