Message left informing us of a pending furnace cleaning appointment, said appointment was made by someone at our address when this was not the case. Called number back and canceled appointment. Said their company handles numerous areas of the country. They were aware of our recent (past 2yrs) new furnace purchase and said appointment was for routine cleaning. |
