The original call came from the legitimate local phone number from the Walgreens location I use. The callback number (the 844 number) was given as a callback. The address given in the voice mail also gave the legitimate address of the location I use. If I had to say if it's legit or not, I would say it is. I find it hard to believe that a scam call would get that specific with the address and hours of operation (my location has different hours than other locations and the voicemail gave the hours) if it were a spam-call....and even calling FROM the legit local number. The voicemail did not ask for a return call but did offer the toll-free if there are any questions, concerns, etc. AND, I do have a script to pick up at the moment.

Yes, it a scam. I called that number back. Person pretended to be representative of Walgreens. Then I called the Walgreens directly.........a scam

Received a seemingly legit call from a pharmacy (CID phone number matched their number and the address listed in the message was correct. It was about a prescription being ready for pickup but I don't use this pharmacy. When I called there directly, they had no record of any prescriptions for me. The message did mention this 844-924-7733 number to call to change my notification preferences. I did NOT call it. I think it is a scam, but because I didn't call it, I can't say for sure.

This number has called me multiple times in the last several months telling me to refill or pick up a. prescription, but when I call my local Walgreens they say they have no prescription nor did they call me. It’s a SCAM for sure and if I were Walgreens I would look into it!.

this is the second time I received a call from Walgreens, stating my prescription is ready, problem is the number of 203 238 0910 is in CT, for Walgreen, the voice message states to call Walgreens at 844-924-7733. Called and the recording states that the call center is closed the time is 12.43 pm Central time. My phone number is only 5 days old, and I live in Louisiana, there is no way I would fill prescriptions in CT. What a scam.
