Came up as the number to call (supposedly from Microsoft but the MS graphics looked cheesy, like they'd been cut & pasted too many times) because your screen had been locked due to 'security' reasons. Lots of misspelled words, asking for username+password, don't turn off computer or you'll lose all info, call NOW. When you call the line is busy for 10 seconds, then dead air. I turned off the computer for an hour, then back on--no problems.
