Hours of operation. 9-5 CST. I was to reference # 3787755. I called 12/18/2020 at 6:03 EST (5:03 CST). What sounded like A rude recorded message stated my information wasn't needed or wanted at this time. Anyone using that tone would be out if a job. I don't believe it was Humana
