A phone call coming from a female caller which blocked their number, Issued veiled legal threats and also stated the we were, "Officially Served", and that this woman would be coming to our house and or place of business to obtain Signatures. The woman then gave a phone number of 844-751-2439 to respond too. I called the number and it went to a voice mail for an extension. There was no identification of the entity that owns and operates that phone bank. The message that was originally left on our phone was a woman talking low and very rapidly. Should I receive another call from this number I will be reporting it to the proper authorities as well as reposting on this platform. YOU CAN NOT BE SERVED LEGAL DOCUMENTS OR NOTICE TO APPEAR BY PHONE. (UNLESS A CHILD IS INVOLVED) in which case you should respond to your local CPS, Child Protective Services. |
