I was connected to them in February 2021 when I bought a printer form HP and could not download a free tool to install the soft ware on my printer. I still believe they scammed me. HP connected me to them but they would not down load the software until I agreed for them to clean my PC.I still do not believe my PC needed cleaning. It ended up costing me$768.74 for the cleaning, software and driver download and network security. I paid $194.00 including tax for the printer. Thye told me it was a one time life time charge and I could call any time for them to check my PC. Thye installed Macafee Anti virus which I understood to be a life time license. When I checked it out it was only good until spring of 2022. I do not trust them, I think they are calling now to try and hoodwink me again. I will unplug my PC and purchase a new one before I will let them Have control of my PC again. Wouldn't leave a message just kept dialing and saying " Answer( muffled ) Tech

Unsolcitied call. They wanted to check my security on computer?

Unsolicited call, said they called about security. I hung up, They did not call back .

Received unsolicited call from this number. Said they had fixed my computer on 3-11-2019. I do not remember this happening.
