She lead me through a whole process and I never heard back. Email, website and this phone number all do not work. The company was called FortiFi Services.

No details about what company they are from or account this pertains to was provided. Seems like some sort of scam!

Although, I distinctly heard the sound of the phone hanging up which sounded as if it manually happened and was not a bot as implied above, but who am I to say... I had no actual interaction with this thing after all.
