Left voicemail, stated they would come to my place of employment to serve me with a subpoena for court and I needed 2 forms of ID when I was served OR I could simply call the number back to the number filing complaint. NORMALLY, when a legit business wants to serve you, there are many letters sent first. Not this mess. |

My parents got a call from 844-307-9453 that they were going to get served with papers within the next 24hrs when I call I spoke to an Emily Rose and Robert who hung on me several times because I asked them to verify their company name . I notified them that I was recording the converstations and I was accused of yelling at them. Every time I would ask them the name of their company they would hang up on me. These people need to be shut down don't take their calls ........ |

I received a call after they called my son and said that they were informing that they would going to come to my house or place of business within the next 24-48 hours to issue a summons to go to court and if it was my work then my supervisor or security would have to sign as a witness...If I failed to accept the summons than it result in a missed court appears and if I had any questions or concerns I could contact the party that was filing against me (but this is the number that they left) |
