This number repeatedly calls me and my family members accusing me and my husband of having debts we've never heard of. When asked for their mailing address to send a certified letter requesting Debt Validation, the "Director of Operations", Robert Fisher, told me he was not going to give me the mailing address because it would put his employees "at risk." He also said if I was going to be difficult, he would file for "malicious intent." They are violating Fair Debt Collection Practices all over the place. They keep calling to tell me that we will be served. Our address hasn't changed in 10 years? Where are you??? |
