I received two calls on my cell phone. I didn't answer them and the caller did not leave messages. I'm assuming they were fake IRS calls based on the other comments. |

They just left a message "This is regarding tax deficiency and tax fraud. Ignoring this will be an intentional second attempt to avoid federal law. For any further information, immediately speak to federal agent's call back number 843-401-5443. I repeat 843-401-5334. Thank you." Called back and it was some guy with an accent who said they were .... IRS department. When calling the real IRS department, you are introduced to an automated system instead of connecting directly to a person trying to scam money out of you. |
