I didn't check off "Unsafe" during my two duplicate comments. Scam using the U.S Mail.

I received their letter in the mail. Obviously a scam since I've been in my house for 43 years. Plus these individuals are running a scam using the U.S. mail and I believe that carries additional charges. I'm going to file a complaint with the FTC. Everybody should do the same.

Received their letter in the mail for home warranty. My mortgage has been paid off over 15 years ago. This is obviously a scam and they are running the scam through the U.S. Mail system. I'm going to file an online compliant with the Federal Trade Commission. Everybody should do the same.

Scam from a fake home warranty company, beware.

This was a letter with a fake check attached. So sad if this scam snags anyone. Liars who scam people out of their hard earned money should be prosecuted to fullest extent of the law.

I have the exact same occurrence as the previous commenter. Letter thay is the final attempt to reach me ans a check attached. I live in Tennessee and receive this spam stuff all the time.

I didn't get a call from this phone # but it was listed in a phishing letter I got in the mail. They found (public records) the name of my home lone company and sent a letter under a similar name with this phone #. There was also a check attached to my name(???!!!!).
