Called again and answered the phone this time. Said I needed to get message to my son to be at home or his place of employment so hecould deliver documents. From Texas? Said my number was given as a contact- BS!!

They called and left a similar message, twice. (832) 514-3817 I'm highly confident this is a scam. There is obviously fake "background" noise in the recording, and probably a computer reading it out. The two calls came from "Private number" so I cannot block it specifically, but both referred to this number (8325143817) to follow up with them. Also, both were for the same person getting "served" legal documents (but it was not for me). Both referred to the same case number and to call the plaintiffs office (832-514-3817) with questions. But they were from different voices, one claiming to be "Matthew Curry" and the other claiming to be "Ashley Davis".

1st message left yesterday, he said his name is Jason Howell, 2nd message left today, he said his name is Jason Mills (same guy). He said he was going to show up at my place of residence and/or place of employment between 3-5 to serve legal documents that must be signed. If not signed, then it will be documented as a direct refusal to comply, and I will miss my court date. He said if I had any questions to call the “plantiff’s office” at 832-514-3817 and left a “case number”. He called my mother-in-law also. Left her the same messages word for word, same tone, same mumbling, and same pauses between words and sentences.

They call left a message told me to call back or they was going to send someone to my door serve me with civil matter. I called back, they want me do payment over the phone, so I hung up
