Javier was stumbling on his script when a woman jumped on the line and apologized saying Javier is new. (I questioned the reason for the call.) The woman rambled on about a supplier the ComEd. Then after not giving her any info off my bill, she tried to "entice the offer" by saying their company coordinates suppliers for both gas and electric...and if I could just grab my Nicor bill, we could get it all taken care of. No thank you. I've had pushier and more idiotic callers, even if this one is another bullsh*$ call.

Some guy named Kevin at extension 2021 left a voicemail saying he needed to speak urgently to me about our Comed bill. After google searching the number I am not calling back.

This man named Jordan keeps calling and is erratic on the phone. Almost like he's jumping up and down saying he needs to talk to someone now it's very time sensitive about our ComEd account. When I tried to get a call back number he kept dancing around trying not to give me his number. He kept saying all the information for you to call me comes with you bill which is not true I was looking right at my bill and saw nothing! Don't fall for this!

Woman called wanted to know if it was a residence, then said it was the wrong number and she thought it was a business. I asked her what her company name was and she said “NES”. I asked what they did and she said she didn’t know what it stood for. I asked again what her company did and she asked me to hold. I heard another woman say, just tell her it was the wrong number. She did that and I asked one more time. She said that she didn’t know what they did.

Some lady said she wanted information off my NICOR gas bill. When I told her I sold my house in 2010 she insisted that I still give her information off the bill. I said it's 2021 now she was confused. So I hung up.

Received a call from Summer re: my Nicor account. Said it was urgent that I call back today. Left this number with ext 1717. Called Nicor directly. They said the number Summer called me at was not in their system. Obviously a scam of some sort.

Called stated they were from NES regarding our Nicor gas account. Claimed they were not a "sales call". Hung up on them.

I asked to verify address on the account to see if they were truly from the gas company. We are a small business and since mid 2017 we have been at 3 different locations.

Same thing. Jessica keeps calling and leaving messages, sounding as if she is from ComEd and we need to discuss our account. We are a university and we have an assigned ComEd account manager so this is obviously a hoax. Don't understand why they can't be stopped.
