this number calls several times a day, so today I had 10 messages with nothing on them, he called last night and I told him I didn't have a computer in this house, he said you don't have a lap top, no I told him, so he asked who a person was I told him he must have the wrong number, I told him he was a scammer, he got mad and asked if I wanted him to lock the computer and then I would see what a scam it was, told him I don't have a computer so don't know what he was going to lock then hung up.

Called to fix my microsoft computer. I said, which one? I don't have any computers! The person hung up.

Scam trying to get money out of you to "fix" your computer. Calls many times a day.

This same number called six times today. Finally my curiosity got the best of me and I answered it. A man with a thick Indian accent said my computer had accidentally downloaded some dangerous files, and that I should turn on my computer and he would tell me what to do to get rid of them. I asked him which computer should I turn on as I have several. He said it didn't matter because they all were affected by this mysterious download. I then asked him how he knew that my computers were affected. Did not answer that directly, but insisted that I needed to trust him to fix the problem. I wanted to keep going with the game he was playing, but needed to get off the phone so I hung up. I knew it was bogus from the get go, but wanted to waste his time so he couldn't scam someone else.

He has called me many times. I have researched this number and know its a scam. Tonight when he called I told him I knew it was a scam. He told me to shut up!! I said excuse me? He told me to shut up again. I asked to speak to his manager. He said he was the manager. I laughed and told him I knew he was lying. This time he yelled at me to shut up again. I told him he was on my time and he called me. I laughed again. He got madder, so I hung up. They want to take your money. Hook up remotely and have total access to your computer. When he called once I told him my computer was in for repairs. He got mad again. What a piece of work!

Pretends to be David from Microsoft. That many of us know its time to hang up. He will cheat you and scam you out of your hard earned money

This number has called 3 times today within the past 3 hours. This was an unrecognized number so the first time they called i didn’t answer. They seemed to be persistent so the second time i picked up and gave a usual “Hello?”. There was a moment of dead silence then several buttons being pressed and an automated “Goodbye”. The third time i thought someone would be on the phone and i could tell them that this is harassment because i’m on the “Do NOT Call List” but no it was the same as the second time. PLZ IF THIS NUMBER CALLS DO NOT ANSWER!

Phone rang and when I went to answer it was dead on other end. It did say Jaclyn Carzoli and the 815-267-6990. I only answered due to having a old friend living in that area and wondered if something had happened to her.

This person calls multiple times per day and week. Caller I.D. says Jaclyn Carzoli but party is male and hard to understand.

This man calls and says he can fix my computer ,he is from Microsoft.I am familiar with him as he called last year, with a 222 exchange number.I let him talk his name is Steven.Last year he was from Avast.Now Called all week according to my caller ID, I know it is a scam. Called today under the name Jaclyn Carzoli 8152676990. he has an accent.Says it would cost $181 and prices go up as time goes by.Hung up. Looked up both numbers, SCAM! I really hope you get these guys. they keep changing there numbers.Very persistent. I told him do not call again, he said I will call you all I want. I think they have a BIG scam going on.I think it is now time for me to report this.The 222 exchange was from British Columbia...Last year.They seem to know how to get around. hope you get these guys.Now it is the 815 exchange. Please stop these guys. I called the number back and it said this number is not in service. So they know what they are doing...

Jaclyn Carzoli has called my landline five times (so far today). She called several times yesterday, too. I have not picked up, she (?) has not left a message. Very annoying!!!!!!!!!!!
